Reach-erklæring
REACH refers to Regulation 1907/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 18 December 2006 concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH).
Article 33 of the REACH Regulation requires that suppliers communicate down the supply chain if any of the substances included in the Candidate List, also known as Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC), are present in articles in concentrations above 0.1% (w/w).

Furthermore, Annex XVII of the REACH Regulation outlines substances which are restricted or banned for use in articles. Updated list of restricted substances from Annex XVII, as well as the restriction conditions, are available on ECHA website: Substances restricted under REACH - ECHA
